• Order processing takes 1–3 days, and shipping takes 7–15 days. The total delivery time is the sum of the processing time (1–3 days) and the shipping time (7–15 days). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Moonziun is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

• If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make address changes.

• In the rare event of a lost or missing package, we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. If it cannot be found, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Please note that Moonziun is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, customs inspections, or other events beyond our control.

7. Package Damage During Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photos of the package and its contents immediately upon receipt.

2. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery.
   We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability or warehouse location.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package if your order is split.
